1. What are your main services?
I offer a complete range of art direction and graphic design services, including: Logo creation, visual identity, brochure and flyer design, website design, packaging, poster design, brand strategy...
2. What is your work process?
My work process consists of several stages:
Briefing: Discussion with the client to understand their needs and objectives. Research & Inspiration: Market analysis, competitors and trends. Design: Creation of several concepts and proposals. Revisions: Adjustments based on client feedback. Finalisation: Delivery of final files ready for print or online publishing.
3. What are your rates?

4. How long does a typical project take?
Project duration depends on its size and complexity. In general:
A logo can take 1 to 2 weeks. A complete visual identity can take 2 to 4 weeks. A website can take 4 to 8 weeks. These timelines include revision and validation phases.
5. Do you work remotely?
Yes, I work primarily remotely and am fully equipped for effective online collaboration. Meetings can be held via video or phone calls.
6. What tools do you use?
I mainly use Adobe suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, as well as project management tools like Trello and Slack.
7. Do you offer printing services?
I do not directly offer printing services, but I can recommend trusted printers and manage file preparation for printing.
8. Can you handle urgent projects?
Yes, I can accept urgent projects depending on my availability. Please contact me directly to discuss the details and rates associated with urgent projects.

10. What is your payment policy?
A 50% deposit is generally required to start a project, with the balance due upon delivery of the final files. Payments are made by bank transfer.
11. Do you offer maintenance or update services?
Yes, I offer maintenance and update services for web design projects. Contact me to discuss your specific needs.
12. How do you handle copyright for designs?
Copyright is transferred to the client once the final payment has been received, unless otherwise specified in the contract. I reserve the right to display the work in my portfolio for promotional purposes.
